Can I request revisions during the design process?

Yes! During the first stage of the process you can make any revisions regarding size, color or material.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We want you to love your coveted kreation. Because each piece is individually crafted, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we are happy to help you find a piece you love through an exchange of your choice.

Exchange Policy

  • Direct Exchange: You can exchange your unworn item for any product of equal value within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Eligibility Requirements 
    • Items must be in their original, unworn condition and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package via info@covetedkreations.com.
  • Ship the item back to us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged.
